Getting started

Your first task is to finish the prologue scene, which triggers the "Welcome to Mistria" achievement. From there, the early game is about repairing landmarks and meeting everyone. The opening achievements double as a practical checklist:

• Repair the bridge on the Eastern Road
• Welcome your new pet home
• Reach Stone Star town rank
• Complete your first Museum set
• Greet the first 4 Saturday Market vendors

Two resources matter across the whole game.Tesserae is the main currency, and the "Bread Winner" achievement requires earning 1,000,000 tesserae in total.Essencebuilds up from your activities, with "Essential Essence" needing 10,000 essence. Town ranks climb through Stone, Copper, Iron, Ruby, Sapphire, Silver, Emerald, Gold, Diamond, and Mistril star ranks.

Skill progression is a major long-term goal.Farming, Blacksmithing, Cooking, and Woodcrafting each have a level 60"Master" achievement, while ranching ends with breeding a Tier 5 animal. Maxing every skill unlocks "Jack of All Trades." Relationships use hearts, starting at Two Hearts and rising to Ten Hearts; at Eight Hearts you can choose to date a romanceable villager or become best friends, with marriage and children available later.
